The Liberated
Woman

A journey of redemption, personal growth, recovery & the Divine.

Have you ever felt stuck or powerless in your own life? Wanted change but didn’t know where to begin?

Within each of us is a story longing to be told. This is mine — twenty years out of addiction’s darkest valley, and into the freedom God makes possible on the other side of surrender.

What’s inside

Four threads of one story

Recovery

From addiction’s darkest valleys to 20+ years of freedom. A testimony that no one is too far gone and nothing is impossible with God.

Identity

Dismantling inherited beliefs about worth, roles, and love — and discovering who you were truly created to be beyond the wreckage of the past.

Healing

Healing is not linear. Lauren shows how to integrate the past without being defined by it — walking in authentic, lasting liberation every day.

Faith

A warrior lives within her, anointed by God Himself. Redemption turns pain into purpose — the quiet work of the Divine in the honest human heart.

Who’s writing

I am a woman who is
still on her way.

I’m Lauren — 20 years sober, wife of 18 years, mother of four, business owner, missionary, and a woman set free. I write as someone passionate about freedom. Someone who has experienced living two radically different lives and been given beauty for ashes.

My message is simple: no one is too far gone, and nothing is impossible with God.
